When you get to this window be sure to select 2 check boxes. The first check box will be either the Parallel Driver or the Serial Driver.
The second check box will be Epson TM-T88III Receipt.
The Printer Port Setting button will then be enabled. Click on it to reveal this window ...
Select the correct Port Type (Parallel or Serial) and the correct port to which the printer is connected, which is likely LPT1 for parallel or COM1 for serial (if additional ports were added to the computer, then this may be different).
Print a Test Page
During the installation process, or immediately after, you must print a test page. If you are unable to print a test page, then try the Epson Earlier Printer Driver. Alternately, contact Epson for additional assistance in connecting your printer correctly. Do not contact Corporate Consultants at this stage as this is not a problem with the program.
How to Print a Test Page After Installation
Go to Windows' Printers and Faxes window (accessed via the Windows
Start menu). Right click on the Epson TM-T88III printer and select
Properties from the pop-up menu. In the General tab, click the
[Print Test Page] button.
