It utilizes the same simple programming language compatible with application software written for popular industry standards. You can expand and rotate printed characters as you wish. There is a choice of twelve resident fonts and seven resident bar codes. PCX file-supported graphics and line and box drawing can be used to enhance the appearance of the printed ticket. The standard interface is Centronics compatible parallel. Series RS232C with low paper input is available as an optional interface adapter. Small, But Tough! Meticulous attention to reliability and maintainability has gone into the design of the LTx 2000 series. Rugged construction enables it to stand up to rough, real-world conditions. Advanced technology and modular construction assure long, trouble-free operation. Field maintenance and system setup have been simplified through built-in diagnostics and panel switch entry of setup data. User Friendly ProgrammingScaleable internal fonts and bar codes are selected by sending the corresponding command codes to the printer. The LTx 2000 is also supported by an available Windows compatible driver. This unique driver is designed to take advantage of the applications, flexibility, and easy programming features of Windows, including the printing of True Type fonts and graphics. Convenient, Practical PackagingLTx 2000 series consists of two modules: a printer module and a power supply module. All operating power for the printer module is supplied by the universal input, regulated, switching power supply module through a four-foot power cable. With its smaller footprint, the printer module is more easily integrated into ticket printing systems. The power supply module can be mounted out of sight, even remotely located. |
