You can sell tickets from any PC computers at your venue, from ticket kiosks, or at any remote locations. You can even use a laptop and a small ITL ticket printer and carry your box office with you, so long as you have a power supply and a high speed Internet connection.

Security certificate: Your ticket sales site is protected by SSL.
Licenses: 3rd party product licenses, which may be needed by the system, are paid for and incorporated into your website.
Training: We train you how to use the system, so that you will be knowledgeable enough to train your own staff. In the near future, we will also have training videos available.
Seating Layout: We will train you on how to create seating layouts. But we will also custom design your 3D venue maps (unlimited).

Ticket Fees
There is no charge for the software itself or future updates. To cover
the cost of the system (including initial production, ongoing development, plus
Internet servers, high speed availability of data, SSL (security), payment
gateways, continuous monitoring,
maintenance, data storage, infrastructure, etc.), the system is made available
to venues of all shapes and sizes for a modest per-ticket
fee.
Ticket Printers
Ticket printers are built-to-order. They come in a variety of
configurations. If you are a small-medium sized venue, then we likely
recommended the ITL model. This is the least expensive
and most popular model - and is extremely reliable. This model requires that you
tear off the tickets at the perforation when they are printed.
If you have a larger venue, then we likely recommended an ITX model. This has more available configurations and can also include a ticket cutter.
The price difference between these two models is significant. If your quote included the ITL , but you wish to have a ticket cutter, or some other feature, then please let us know and we will adjust your quote to include a modified ITX model instead. If you like, you can use the build your own printer site to check pricing and configurations of the ITX model.
Note: Ticket printers are built-to-order based on the specifications of the software.
Ticket Stock
Ticket stock can be purchased direct from your favorite ticket
stock supplier. See the
list of
recommended suppliers. Also,
here is some
important information that you need to know when ordering ticket stock.
Ticket Scanners (PDA's)
The method for scanning tickets at the door/gate is to use a Symbol wireless PDA scanner (may not be exactly as shown). Alternately, you can use any common wired (USB) barcode scanner. Your quote may have contained either scanner. The wireless scanners are actually mobile computers in a PDA-style form factor which run our specially designed mobile software. They connect to your wireless network and give you the ability to scan hard tickets and print@home tickets. These rugged devices are designed to endure 3' drops onto concrete (typical, bended-arm height). With an optional card swipe add-on, you can also scan smart cards and gift cards using these scanners.
The Ticket Scanner is covered by our replacement plan. If it ever becomes unusable, we will replace it with a refurbished unit (shipping not included).

occasional training and setting up your events, etc.
