Measurable Cost

With pricing that is structured to accommodate everyone, Box Office Xpress can fit within the budget of a venue of any size, including small non-profit organizations.

So how can a smaller venue afford such a full featured ticketing system? Two words ... measurable cost.

What does measurable cost mean?

In essence, most of your cost is directly tied to the number of tickets you sell. When treating your ticket as an expense, you then know your cost for the ticketing system week to week, month to month, and year to year. You can therefore plan for it and budget for it.

Why is this an advantage?

The Box Office Xpress ticketing system is of the caliber that, just a few years ago, would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. But with our new pricing plan, we don't charge you for the software. Consequently, there is no burden of a major up front expense for a ticketing system.

What else do I have to pay for?

You will, of course, require equipment. Other than basic computer equipment, this also includes things like ticket printers, credit card scanners, and (if you wish) bar code scanners. There is a setup fee that, for most venues, is a one time charge. Plus, there is a small monthly support fee, which means we are always there to provide assistance when you need it.

What about upgrades and extra modules?

At this point there are no special modules. The program is feature rich as it is. Unless you have requested special customizing, upgrades are done automatically as part of your support.

Will I be penalized if I have a slow period and don't sell very many tickets?

No! Unlike other major ticketing systems, with Box Office Xpress, there are NO MINIMUMS!
